Hi, I'm Mikki, and this blog exists for my personal enjoyment—a way to transfer my thoughts into text and explore ideas that fascinate me.

 

With degrees in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, I’ve worked as an IT technician and administrator in Ventura County, California, and have held geospatial roles at NASA.

I find intrigue in the the interplay between biophysical and human/cultural domains. My curiosity spans physics, geography, technology and sociology, all of which shape how I understand and engage with the world.
